FALL RIVER, MA — Two people were stabbed Wednesday afternoon in the city’s north end, police said.
Patrol officers responded to the 800 block of Walnut Street at approximately 1:30 p.m. for a report of two people suffering from stab wounds.
Officers located the victims upon arrival and immediately began rendering medical aid.
The suspect was quickly located and taken into custody.
Both victims and the suspect were transported to trauma centers for treatment of stabbing-related injuries.
The investigation remains active.
