KINGSTON, NY — A 40-year-old man was transported to a hospital after his e-bike collided with a vehicle on Feb. 8, 2026.
Kingston Police responded to Henry Street at Broadway at approximately 2:40 p.m. for a reported motor vehicle versus e-bike accident with injury.
The man told officers he was traveling toward Broadway on Henry Street on his e-bike when a Toyota Corolla operated by a 51-year-old woman entered Henry Street from the Mobil Station lot at 625 Broadway.
The woman continued into the roadway, failing to yield the right of way, and was struck by the man, who was already established in the roadway.
Both the man and woman are from Kingston.
Members of the Kingston Fire Department arrived on scene to evaluate both parties for injuries.
The man was transported to HealthAlliance Hospital for head, neck and back pain by members of the Kingston Fire Department.
