Multiple arrests made in Broome County

BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced multiple arrests in a press release issued Monday.

Johnathan Ayala, 25, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th degree, a class E felony, and unlawful possession of an ammunition feeding device, a class B misdemeanor, following an investigation into gunshots fired in the Town of Dickinson.

Devin J. Felton, 36, of Binghamton, was charged with resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.

Anthony J. Goodwin Sr., 37, of Scranton, Pennsylvania, was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, and criminal mischief in the 4th degree, class A misdemeanors, following a warrant execution in the Town of Kirkwood.

Isaiah N. Johnson, 21, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into gunshots fired in the Town of Dickinson.

Angela M. McCarthy, 41, was charged with promoting prison contraband in the 1st degree, a class D felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation during the intake process at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Richard L. Stafford III, 33, was charged with menacing in the 1st degree, a class E felony, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Chenango.

Jahliek A. Walker-Coates, 21, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into gunshots fired in the Town of Dickinson.

Samear N. Wallace, 19, of Binghamton, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree, class D felonies, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree, class C felonies, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into gunshots fired in the Town of Dickinson.
