Man arrested after ramming cart into car in Town of Ulster

TOWN OF ULSTER, NY — William F. Dilg, 83, of Kingston was arrested on Feb. 3, 2026, after a police investigation revealed that he intentionally rammed his shopping cart into a parked car at Aldi’s.

He was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.

TOWN OF ULSTER, NY — Vinnie M. Falsetta, 29, of Oneonta was arrested on Feb. 3, 2026, after a police investigation revealed that during the course of a dispute in the parking lot of Walmart she brandished a knife while threatening the victim.

Falsetta subsequently fled the scene prior to patrols’ arrival but was located a short time later in the Village of Saugerties by the Saugerties Police Department.

She was taken into custody and charged with Menacing in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.

She was held at the Ulster County Jail awaiting arraignment in Ulster County CAP Court.

TOWN OF ULSTER, NY — Diana C. Culver, 35, of Kingston, was arrested on Feb. 6, 2026, after a police investigation revealed that she intentionally stole over $300 in merchandise at Walmart.

Upon arrival of patrols Culver was located outside the store.

While officers were attempting to place her into custody she verbally and physically resisted officers’ lawful orders.

She was charged with Petit Larceny, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
