JAMESTOWN, NY — Officers responded to a trespass complaint at an Eastside residence on Feb. 5, 2026, at approximately 11:07 a.m.
The residence had been condemned by the Department of Development.
Officers heard someone inside who refused to come out.
Officers made entry and located Gabrielle J. Post hiding in the garage.
Post was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
Post was arraigned in Jamestown City Court and released.
