BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a woman wanted on multiple outstanding warrants.
Jennifer Stokes is wanted on charges of petit larceny and a New York State parole violation, along with four other warrants out of Broome County.
Stokes is described as a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
