BROADALBIN, NY — The Broadalbin-Kennyetto Fire Company responded to a report of a possible snowmobile accident on the Great Sacandaga Lake off County Highway 110 Thursday afternoon.
The call came in at 4:45 p.m. after a caller reported hearing yelling on the lake near Birch Haven.
The Mayfield Fire Department and Northville Fire Department were toned out for mutual aid.
The Edinburg Volunteer Fire Company and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation were also involved in the response.
Police and Lake Valley EMS responded to the scene.
The individual was able to leave the area, and Broadalbin units continued to verify there was no need for further response.
