ORISKANY FALLS, NY — A two-vehicle collision occurred on Main Street on Jan. 23, 2026, at approximately 6:30 a.m., according to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol.
Tessa Callahan of Deansboro was driving a 2006 Pontiac G6 southbound on State Route 12B when she failed to maintain her lane due to slippery road conditions, deputies determined.
Callahan entered the opposite lane of travel and struck a 2013 Toyota Tacoma operated by Benjamin Butler of Oriskany Falls, who was traveling northbound on State Route 12B.
Callahan was transported by COCVAC to Wynn Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Butler did not sustain any injuries.
The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by COCVAC Ambulance and Oriskany Falls Fire Department.
