JAMESTOWN, NY — Officers responded to a residence on the city’s north side for a harassment complaint at approximately 12:04 a.m. Jan. 22, 2026.
Upon arrival, officers learned that Bruce J. Miles made threats to harm a victim at the residence and threw a lighter at them.
Miles was placed into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
He was charged with harassment in the second degree and was held pending arraignment.
