COLEBROOK, NH — A Colebrook police officer arrested a man at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital on Jan. 8, 2026.
Benjamin Malo, 35, of Epsom, was taken into custody at 1:40 p.m. on three active arrest warrants.
The warrants stemmed from Malo’s extensive driving history and failure to appear in court, according to police.
Malo was also found to be a certified habitual offender.
He was charged with three counts of arrest on a warrant and operating after certification as a habitual offender.
His vehicle was towed from the scene.
Malo was transported to the Colebrook Police Department, where he was booked and refused bail.
He was then transported to the Coos County Jail to await arraignment.
