Woman arrested on shoplifting, drug charges in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, NY — A woman faces theft and drug charges following a shoplifting incident at a pharmacy.

Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Third Platoon responded to CVS at 19 S Main St at 11:20 p.m. Jan. 14, 2026, for a report of shoplifting.

An investigation determined that Kristen L. Pattison stole merchandise belonging to CVS, police said.

Pattison was arrested and a quantity of fentanyl was found on her person, according to police.

She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

Pattison is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

She is being held pending arraignment.
