BROOME COUNTY, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has announced multiple arrests made during the past week.
William F. Cady, III, 58, of Kirkwood, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Kirkwood.
John A. Corbin, 57, of Kirkwood, was charged with menacing in the 2nd degree, unlawful imprisonment in the 2nd degree and child endangerment, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a dispute in the town of Kirkwood.
Brandon J. Empie, 41, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Chenango.
Sherri L. Empie, 47, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Chenango.
Phenix C. George, 21, of Dickinson, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree and child endangerment, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the town of Dickinson.
Elijah Z. Marks, 19, of Binghamton, was charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, evading arrest by concealment of identity, a class B misdemeanor and criminal trespass in the 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor, following a burglary investigation in the city of Binghamton.
Lynsey B. Moody, 36, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.
Brian A. Oleniacz, 41, of Windsor, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Windsor.
Jeffrey T. Rosenkrans, Jr., 37, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, class A misdemeanors, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Fenton.
Rosenkrans, Jr. was also charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Chenango.
Clinton J. Searles, 65, of Johnson City, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the town of Dickinson.
Angel M. Shelton, 42, of Endicott, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, class A misdemeanors, following a narcotics investigation in the town of Union.
