SAUGERTIES, NY — A woman was arrested following a dispute on Dec. 19.
The Saugerties Police Department arrested Jesica C. Nagy, 37, of Saugerties, at approximately 11:35 p.m.
Nagy was charged with attempted assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor.
She was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Nagy is scheduled to appear in Saugerties Town Justice Court at a later date.
