ULSTER COUNTY, NY — A Pennsylvania man was arrested during a traffic stop after authorities learned he was wanted in his home state on drug charges.
Enrique Feliciano, 26, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Dec. 4 and charged as a fugitive from justice.
He was held in Ulster County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.

KINGSTON, NY — A man was arrested following a domestic dispute in which he allegedly assaulted a person over 65 years old.
Eric S. Tavares, 43, of Kingston, was arrested on Dec. 6 after police said he threw the victim to the ground, grabbed her by the hair and smashed her head into a tile floor, causing significant injury.
He was charged with assault in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.
Tavares was released to the care of Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley Hospital.

ULSTER COUNTY, NY — A man was arrested following a one-car accident that resulted in personal injury.
Jamie Anderson, 44, of Hurleyville, was arrested on Dec. 7 after officers investigated the crash.
He was charged with reckless endangerment and aggravated DWI for having a preliminary blood alcohol content above .18.
Anderson was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket.
Man arrested on drug charge in Ulster County

ULSTER COUNTY, NY — A man was arrested after police responded to a report of a suspicious person hiding items at different locations.
John C. Heinz, 48, of Kingston, was arrested on Dec. 8 after an investigation revealed he was in possession of a substantial amount of illicit drugs, police said.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, among other drug charges.
Heinz was arraigned at the Ulster County CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.
