COLEBROOK, NH — A Colebrook man faces multiple charges following a traffic stop on Colby Street on Nov. 26.
Brandon Loux, 49, of Colebrook, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. after a Colebrook Police officer stopped him for an expired registration.
The officer was aware Loux’s operating and registration privileges were suspended.
Loux was taken into custody.
An inventory of the vehicle prior to it being towed revealed a large amount of marijuana in a plastic bag tucked under the driver’s seat.
Loux was charged with operating after suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, unregistered vehicle, possession of marijuana over three-quarters of an ounce and open container of marijuana.
He was taken to the police department where he was booked and later released on bail pending arraignment.
