SAUGERTIES, NY — A Kingston man was arrested following a theft complaint Nov. 28.
Edward T. Hill 3rd, 27, of Kingston, was taken into custody at about 8:30 p.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
Hill was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, following an investigation into the complaint.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Hill is scheduled to appear in Saugerties Town Justice Court at a later date.
