SAUGERTIES, NY — The Saugerties Police Department arrested Cory L. Marchesani, 21, of Kingston, on Nov. 19 at about 3:35 p.m. following a complaint.
Police said their investigation led to Marchesani being charged with the misdemeanors of criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree, and stalking in the 4th degree.
Marchesani, who was already being held at the Ulster County Jail, was arraigned in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court and remained in custody.
