Multiple arrests made in Broome County

BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office reported multiple arrests on various charges during the week of Nov. 19.

Pamela R. Abell, 45, of Endicott, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Union.

Nicholas A. Bagg, 21, of Windsor, was charged with three counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into criminal mischief in the town of Colesville.

Richard A. Durham, 50, of the town of Chenango, was charged with child endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and harassment in the second degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Chenango.

Gail E. Glover, 54, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08, a misdemeanor, resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.

Ross T. Guglielmetti, 22, of Deposit, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, a class D felony, tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor, obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, reckless endangerment in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and multiple traffic violations following a pursuit through Broome, Chenango and Otsego counties.

Shauna M. Hamilton, 43, of Cortland, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the village of Endicott.

Jordan M. Marks, 19, of Windsor, was charged with child endangerment, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Windsor.

Mohammed M. Mollah, 46, of Endicott, was charged with assault in the second degree, a class D felony, endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the first degree, a class E felony, and child endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Union.

Steven A. Nanni, 45, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.

Daniel K. Nye, 42, of Freeville, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the village of Endicott.

Kyler G. Wheeler, 20, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into criminal mischief in the town of Colesville.
