BROOME COUNTY, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office reported multiple arrests this week on charges ranging from drug possession to trespassing.
David B. Butts, Jr., 34, of Endwell, was charged with criminal trespass in the 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor, following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Union.
Mervin R. Clark, 70, of Johnson City, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
Warren V. Folk, 56, of Bainbridge, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.
Brittney L. Hall, 36, of Harpursville, was charged with criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, criminal possession of narcotics in the 4th degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
Jacob J. Pease, 21, of Binghamton, was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, class A misdemeanors, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
