COLEBROOK, NH — A 30-year-old man was arrested on domestic violence charges Friday night following a reported incident on Titus Hill Road.
Jorge Vargas, of Colebrook, was taken into custody at 8 p.m. Oct. 24 by a Colebrook Police officer who responded to a domestic incident at a residence.
Police said the arrest stemmed from the reported incident and a previous incident earlier that week.
Vargas was charged with simple assault (domestic violence) and criminal threatening (domestic violence).
He was transported to the Colebrook Police Department, where he was booked and held without bail.
Vargas was later remanded to the Coos County Jail.
