BOLIVAR, NY — A Wellsville man faces multiple charges including felony weapon possession following a traffic stop Nov. 8.
Jon R. Faber, 40, of Wellsville, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, according to Bolivar Police.
Faber also faces charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, a misdemeanor, police said.
Additional infractions include operating an uninspected motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance.
Faber was held at the Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at CAP Court.
