Lowell General Store burglarized, police seek suspect

LOWELL — Vermont State Police are investigating a burglary at the Lowell General Store on Vermont Route 100 early Saturday morning.

Police were notified of the burglary at approximately 5:26 a.m.

Preliminary investigation revealed a suspect broke a store window around 12:07 a.m. and later entered through the window around 1:58 a.m.

Once inside, the masked suspect stole various shelf items and cash from the register.

Police have released a photo of the masked suspect.
