BROOME COUNTY, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office reported 14 arrests on various charges in recent law enforcement activity.
Jessica N. Backus, 42, of Deposit, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Fenton.
Joseph J. Cascio, 45, of Endicott, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Union.
Courtney B. Douglas, 44, of the town of Dickinson, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Chenango.
Julie M. Evanitsky, 52, of Endicott, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the village of Endicott.
Herman Gousby, 68, of Endicott, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Union.
John D. Lamoree, III, 36, of Maine, was charged with aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Union.
John C. Matson, Jr., 34, of Whitney Point, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Triangle.
Paul J. Noyd, 42, of Windsor, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.
Scott P. Olson, 32, of Maine, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following a harassment investigation in the town of Maine.
Mitchell L. Paul, Jr., 26, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the town of Union.
Rhonda L. Richter, 52, of Kirkwood, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the town of Chenango.
Louis Saunders, Jr., 48, of Endicott, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the town of Dickinson.
Jared J. Titus, 25, of Endicott, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08, a misdemeanor, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the town of Union.
Brooks R. York, 44, of Owego, was charged with criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, a class E felony, two counts of petit larceny, class A misdemeanors, and two counts of criminal trespass in the 3rd degree, class B misdemeanors, following separate investigations into vandalism in the town of Dickinson.
