SAUGERTIES, NY — A man was arrested following a 911 call on Route 9W on Oct. 17.
Cameron D. Turner, 31, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at about 1:30 p.m.
Turner was charged with assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and arraigned in CAP Court.
Turner was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
