GREECE — Greece Police arrested two people following a menacing incident involving a firearm on Greece Center Drive on Sept. 6.
Police responded to a report of a man with a gun threatening a victim.
The investigation determined that Tazmier Harvard, 18, of Rochester, displayed a handgun during an argument.
While officers attempted to detain Harvard, a 17-year-old female from Rochester grabbed the gun and tried to flee.
She was subsequently arrested, and the firearm was safely recovered.
Harvard was charged with menacing in the second degree, false personation, criminal sale of a firearm to a minor, and criminal possession of a firearm.
He was transported to the Monroe County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.
The 17-year-old was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, tampering with physical evidence, and obstructing governmental administration.
She was released to her parents following processing.
