SARATOGA COUNTY — The Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandon S. Hotte, 44, of Waterford, on Aug. 31 on an arrest warrant issued by the Wilton Town Court.

Hotte was charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

The charges stem from incidents that reportedly occurred on July 16 and July 17 at the Market 32 in the town of Wilton.

Hotte is alleged to have knowingly entered and remained unlawfully within the business with intent to commit a crime therein and to have stolen merchandise from the store.

He had previously been formally advised by Market 32 that he was not authorized to be on premises.

Hotte was arraigned before the Honorable Chad Jerome in the Wilton Town Court and released to pretrial services.
