GREECE — Police seized approximately 50 pounds of marijuana and 5 pounds of hallucinogenic mushrooms during a search at 399 Laurelwood Drive on Sunday, Aug. 24.
Officers from the Greece Police Department responded to the residence for a report of narcotics possession.
Inside the home, authorities located the drugs, both packaged for sale.
The following morning, officers arrested Vincent Turano, 40, of Webster.
Turano was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree.
He was processed and transported to the county jail, where he was arraigned in CAP Court.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
