SARATOGA COUNTY — The Sheriff’s Office arrested a 71-year-old Gansevoort man Tuesday for failure to report a change of address within 10 days as a registered sex offender.
Robert N. Middleton was charged with the class E felony.
Middleton is accused of failing to notify the Division of Criminal Justice Services of an address change within 10 days of vacating his former address in the town of Malta on Aug. 6.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Ellwood A. Sloat Jr. in the Malta Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
