BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced multiple arrests on various charges in its weekly report released Aug. 12.
Kody T. Arnold, 21, of Montrose, Pennsylvania, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content above 0.08, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Mark A. Cardew, 44, of Conklin, was charged with child endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, following a domestic dispute in the town of Conklin.
Samantha K. Carpenter, 29, of Endicott, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation, following an investigation into suspicious activity in the village of Endicott.
Cesar A. Diaz Jr., 27, of Endicott, was charged with two counts of grand larceny in the third degree, class D felonies, three counts of identity theft in the first degree, class D felonies, two counts of identity theft in the second degree, class E felonies, grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony, and two counts of petit larceny, class A misdemeanors, following larceny investigations in the town of Vestal and Binghamton.
Raymond P. Fendick, 55, of Johnson City, was charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree and unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the third degree, both class A misdemeanors, following a vehicle pursuit in the town of Dickinson.
Jeremiah P. Johnson, 45, of Endicott, was charged with burglary in the second degree, a class C felony, conspiracy in the fourth degree, a class E felony, obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a burglary investigation in the town of Union.
Matthew J. Ortloff, 43, of Chenango Forks, was charged with burglary in the second degree, a class C felony, conspiracy in the fourth degree, a class E felony, possession of burglar tools, a class A misdemeanor, obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a burglary investigation in the town of Union.
