SAUGERTIES — A Massachusetts woman was arrested on multiple charges following a complaint Saturday night, police said.
Allison M. Shand, 28, of Clarksburg, Massachusetts, was taken into custody by Saugerties Police Department officers at about 11:20 p.m. Aug. 2.
Following an investigation into the complaint, Shand was charged with misdemeanor counts of assault in the third degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and resisting arrest.
She was also charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.
Shand was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP court in Kingston for arraignment.
