WILTON — State Police arrested a Glens Falls man July 30 on charges of sexual assault involving a child.
Izac Bovee, 30, was charged with two counts of criminal sexual act in the second degree, a class D felony, with assistance from the Glens Falls Police Department.
Troopers received information Aug. 15, 2024, reporting sexual contact between a child and an adult man.
The investigation determined that in August 2024, Bovee allegedly had repeated oral sexual contact with a child under the age of 15 at a home in Moreau.
Bovee was arrested at his home in Glens Falls and transported to State Police Wilton for processing.
He was arraigned at Moreau Town Court and released under the supervision of the Saratoga County Probation Department.
