SAUGERTIES — A Palenville man was arrested early Thursday on multiple misdemeanor charges following a complaint to police.
Cody D. Martin was taken into custody at about 1:15 a.m. July 31 by the Saugerties Police Department.
Martin was charged with stalking in the 4th degree, reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, and menacing in the 3rd degree.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP Court for arraignment.
