SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested James G. Trotman of Highland on July 31 at about 4:10 p.m. following a complaint.
The investigation into the complaint resulted in Trotman being charged with misdemeanor aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Trotman was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
