Broome County sheriff’s office reports 15 arrests in weekly roundup

BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced 15 arrests on various charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies in its weekly arrest summary released Tuesday.

Joshua M. Antalek, 36, of Endicott, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following a warrant execution in the Village of Endicott.

Shanavia Q. Bradshaw, 33, of the Town of Conklin, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following an assault investigation in the Town of Conklin.

Dawn D. Buchanan, 45, of Johnson City, was charged with two counts of petit larceny, Class A misdemeanors, following separate larceny investigations in the Town of Union.

Matthew D. Cruise, 41, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated (1st offense), a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations following a DWI investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Brett A. Delage Sr., 42, of Binghamton, was charged with assault in the 2nd degree, a Class D felony, following an investigation into a physical altercation in the Broome County Correctional Facility in the Town of Dickinson.

Benjamin T. Engbrecht, 50, of the Town of Chenango, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Chenango.

Cody A. Hawkins, 30, was charged with criminal mischief in the 4th degree, a Class A misdemeanor, criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Binghamton.

Mary G. Januska, 78, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation into multiple incidents in the Town of Chenango.

Victor B. Kelsey Jr., 24, of Endicott, was charged with criminal contempt in the 1st degree, a Class E felony, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Village of Endicott.

Lori M. Littler, 44, of Vestal, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into criminal trespass in the Town of Union.

Taylor R. Millard, 32, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Tara M. Monaco, 42, of Endicott, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.

David J. Montanez Sr., 23, of the Town of Conklin, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Conklin.

Sheila M. Pugh, 54, of Vestal, was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

David J. Wiggins Jr., 41, of Vestal, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into criminal trespass in the Town of Union.
