SAUGERTIES — Police arrested a 38-year-old Saugerties man July 16 following a complaint about a dispute.
Nathaniel O. Wildermann was taken into custody at about 7:50 a.m. after an investigation by the Saugerties Police Department.
Wildermann was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and arraigned in Saugerties Justice Court.
Wildermann was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
