GEORGIA — Vermont State Police received a report of retail theft at the Dollar General located at 864 Ethan Allen Highway on July 14 at approximately 5:20 p.m.
Police determined that Matthew Peno, 37, of Georgia had entered the store and taken merchandise without paying.
After an investigation, troopers located Peno and issued him a criminal citation.
Peno is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Sept. 8 at 8:30 a.m. for the charge of retail theft.
