NEWARK, NJ — Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help identifying a suspect in connection with the theft of a package from a residence on Monday, July 6.
The theft occurred at approximately 1 a.m. in the 80 block of Isabella Avenue between Vermont Avenue and Columbia Avenue.
The suspect, described as a thin-built Hispanic male, was wearing eyeglasses, a white hooded sweatshirt, and gray shorts.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on the suspect’s identity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are confidential and could result in a reward.
