ROCKINGHAM, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a crash into a tree in the area of Rockingham Rd and Spencer Dr at approximately 11:09 a.m. June 2.
An investigation determined that Blaine McAllister, 63, of Chester, damaged a guard rail and left the scene of the crash.
McAllister was cited and scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division at 8:30 a.m. July 28.
