BATH, NY — A 25-year-old man was arrested on multiple driving while intoxicated charges following a traffic stop on West Morris Street.
Dandre R. Hill, of Addison, was stopped at approximately 4:42 p.m. July 4 for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations, according to Village of Bath Police Department.
During the traffic stop, an officer suspected Hill was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
The officer administered standardized field sobriety tests, and Hill was subsequently arrested.
Hill was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 or higher, and driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol, all misdemeanors.
He also was cited for other vehicle and traffic law violations.
Hill was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Bath Village Court at a later date.
