GEORGIA, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a St. Albans man following a domestic dispute on July 7, 2026.
Christopher Dolan, 42, of St. Albans, was taken into custody after troopers responded to a 911 call on Ethan Allen Highway at 9:19 a.m.
Police said their investigation revealed that Dolan physically assaulted a family member.
Dolan was charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault.
He was lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility.
Dolan was cited to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on July 8, 2026 at 1 p.m.
