NORWALK, CT — A man was arrested Wednesday following a road rage incident in which a firearm was allegedly displayed.
Patrol officers responded to the area of Woodward Avenue on July 1, 2026, following a report of the incident.
Responding officers located the suspect vehicle shortly thereafter in the area of Fort Point Street.
The operator, Alberto Rivera, was detained without incident, and officers located a firearm in the vehicle.
He was found to possess a valid Connecticut pistol permit.
Rivera was arrested and charged with Threatening 1st- Armed/Displayed a Firearm and Breach of Peace.
He was held on a $25,000 bond and is due to appear at Stamford Superior Court on July 16.
