LINCOLN, RI — Rhode Island State Police arrested two people on outstanding warrants at the Lincoln Woods Barracks on Tuesday afternoon.
At 2 p.m., troopers arrested Devin Parker, 21, of Warwick, on an affidavit and arrest warrant originating from the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Parker was charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, first offense, and eluding law enforcement in a high-speed pursuit, first offense.
The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation, and Parker turned himself in to the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Parker was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 2:36 p.m., troopers arrested Elisa Mershon, 51, of Pawtucket, on an active affidavit and arrest warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department.
Mershon was charged with disorderly conduct.
The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation, and Mershon responded to the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Mershon was processed and later transported to the Pawtucket Police Department.
