MONTGOMERY, VT — Vermont State Police cited a local man for DUI refusal after receiving a report of erratic driving on June 20, 2026.
Troopers received a report at 9:18 p.m. that Kevin Szych was operating his vehicle in an erratic manner on Mountain Road.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to the area and made contact with Szych.
While speaking with Szych, indicators of impairment were detected, police said.
Szych, 51, of Montgomery, was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
He was issued a citation for DUI refusal.
