WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, PA — A York man was arrested and charged with multiple offenses following a police investigation into an incident that occurred on May 1 in the 2300 block of Derry Road in West Manchester Township.
According to police, Robert Glen Moore Jr., 56, was charged with four counts of driving under the influence, one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Moore was taken into custody on May 2 as a result of the investigation.
