POTTSTOWN, PA — A 28-year-old Spring City woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon in connection with a retail theft at Boscov’s on West Schuylkill Road.
According to the North Coventry Police Department, officers responded to the store at 3:06 p.m. for a report of an in-progress retail theft.
Upon arrival, police apprehended Chelsea Hughes.
Hughes was charged with one count of retail theft and one count of receiving stolen property, both classified as misdemeanor one offenses.
