POTTSTOWN, PA — A Philadelphia woman faces five counts of retail theft following multiple incidents at a grocery store in Pottstown.
Police responded to Giant, located at 86 Glocker Way, at about 12:18 p.m. on June 2 for a reported retail theft.
During their investigation, North Coventry police officers discovered several additional theft incidents involving the same suspect.
Genefia Sherrene Powell, 37, of Philadelphia, was identified and charged with five counts of summary retail theft.
Powell was taken into custody on June 3.
