Leather goods stolen from roadside stand in Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating the theft of handmade leather goods from a roadside stand on Vermont Route 36.

The theft was reported to the St. Albans Barracks at approximately 4:33 p.m. on June 10, 2026.

Police said approximately $200 worth of handmade leather goods and accessories were stolen from the stand.

The identity of the suspect is unknown.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the St. Albans Barracks.
