UPPER ALLEN, PA — Upper Allen police arrested Deaundrey Johnson, 19, of Mechanicsburg, on charges of DUI and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after a crash at the intersection of Lancaster Boulevard and Wilson Road.
Police said officers were dispatched to the crash at 2:53 p.m. Friday, May 1.
Investigators said Johnson was the driver of a vehicle that rear-ended another vehicle.
Police said the investigation found about 1 pound of marijuana in Johnson’s vehicle.
Johnson was arrested at the scene and taken to Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment.
