SHREWSBURY, MA — A Milford man was arrested following a long-term investigation into the illegal sale of firearms.
Robson De Souza, 20, of Milford, was apprehended at approximately 8:50 a.m. Monday by Massachusetts State Police and Shrewsbury Police Department.
The arrest concluded an investigation conducted by the Milford Police Department, Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and ATF Worcester into illegal firearm sales in Milford.
De Souza was transported to Worcester Superior Court for arraignment on charges including two counts of sell/transfer large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a firearm without a license, conspiracy and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
