PHOENIX, NY — A Fulton woman faces felony charges after a vehicle and traffic complaint investigation in the Village of Phoenix.
Amanda L. Davies, 42, of Fulton, was arrested May 5, 2026, by Sergeant B. Doody of the Phoenix Police Department.
Davies has been charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
She also faces a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08%, a misdemeanor.
Additional charges include aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.18%.
Davies was also charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a one-year-old child in the vehicle, a felony.
She faces an additional charge of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Davies is scheduled to appear in Oswego County Centralized Arraignment Part Court on May 19, 2026.
